Their clear and consistent communication, along with their readiness to assist, has been a source of comfort during what has been a profoundly challenging time for my family and I.

While my father’s situation ultimately presented unique difficulties that led to a different outcome than we had initially hoped, I want to assure you that this in no way diminishes my incredibly positive impression of Raintree Care. Almost a year since, the family finally decided to choose Raintree to be our Aunt's home. The facility is clean, organized and has a pool and garden. The whole staff is accommodating, from the management down to all the caregivers. If my Aunt decides to go back to an elderly shelter, then Raintree is the best place to stay.

Hi Marc, good morning. I just want to commend you and your staff at RainTree for running a top-notch world-class elderly care facility. My cousin and I were very impressed with how well-kept the property is, both inside and outside; how kind, knowledgeable, and effective the staff is; and how well-run, structured, and organized the operation is. Most importantly, my mother seems happy and seems to be adjusting well to her new dwelling at RainTree. I visited five facilities in the Philippines and two facilities in the United States, and RainTree was the best out of all I visited.

There are few decisions harder than that of putting an aged parent into care. Regardless of their illness or type of disability we are faced with the reality that keeping them in home eventually becomes a near impossibility. Therefore when seeking alternative living arrangements we always strive to find a place "just like home". That is difficult in and of itself and coupled with the emotional struggle of letting go the search almost seems endless and too painful. We know this difficulty well as we looked at more than two dozen alternative living facilities. Raintree was the only one for which there was family concensus on how perfect the place is and how close it comes to "home". In our particular case, our beloved mother and grandmother has dementia and the staff has been so loving and attentive that she is very happy and doesn't realize she is in different surroundings with different caregivers. There is no better testament to the facilities, the staff and the level of care than that! They are always willing to send updates, photos, videos and visitation under all COVID safe regulations have been allowed and welcomed. There has not been one case of COVID in the facility since the start of the pandemic. We all feel very glad to have been accepted into the family at Raintree Care Services. May God continue to bless all of them and their current and future residents!

I gave a 5-star rating even without seeing the facility yet! But my real interest in searching for a possible retirement community for myself is that I'm an only child. My mom died already & my daughter is still a nursing student (3rd year as of Nov 2020) and most likely will migrate to work elsewhere. I cared for my mom during her last years of dementia & alzheimer's and broken hip bone. It was a very difficult & expensive stage of my life but very fulfilling beyond words. It was also an eye-opener and educating phase bcoz one day, I'll be in her shoes too. So I started looking around for possible retirement community for myself. We still have our house in Imus, Cavite but there might come a time that it will be sold to finance my care or to fund other useful endeavors or emergencies. So there, when the right time comes, I'll try to drop by and visit. I often see positive reviews and comments on your Facebook page too. God bless your group and hope that you'll be able to accommodate more aging Pinoys! I know it's not easy and it's not cheap! I am very aware of the expensive price tag! The number of stars or words are inadequate to describe how wonderful RainTree is. RainTree is a wonderful community of devoted nurses and caregivers. This is an amazingly well run facility.

I really can't find the words to describe how much we love this place. Our mom is a resident here and they take such good care of her. It's hard to place someone you love into a care facility, but if you have to, definitely give this place a look.

The Director, is very skilled in all aspects of running a facility of this nature and is on top of everything and has helped our family out so much in a dire time of need. The caregivers has gone above and beyond in caring for her. Couldn't ask for a better place. Rest assured that your family member will be treated with tender loving care if this is where you choose to place them.

We can't thank the staff enough for the care and attention they have given to our beloved mother. This has been a very difficult time for our family, not being their close to our mother to give her support and unconditional love. But it could have been much worse if were not without the dedication, professionalism and care of the RainTree staff treating our mother and us like family. My family and I are truly grateful for the level of care the whole staff continuous to offer.

I'm an architecture student currently doing my thesis about aged care communities in the Philippines, and I had the chance to come and visit Bahay Dona Rosario as a part of my research. The facility itself is actually quite impressive and the staff are all very welcoming - serving all the residents, even the visitors with a smile. Ambiance of the place feels very familiar to the Filipino senses with large social spaces for the residents to gather and tropical resort-like residential homes. Highly recommended place for senior care in the Philippines!

2 years ago I did a search and hoping there is this one place in Philippines like other countries have.. After my mom had a stroke and she was bed ridden coming out of hospital.. RainTree came out of my searched.. We place our mom and we out all our trust to all of them.. 4 mos after.. From my mom being bed ridden came back and restored her strength.. Price is worth it.. Facility is very nice. Clean place and the staffs are lovely. They are hands on to their patient's 24/7..doctors are available as well.

We went to visit a friend of my family there last month.i don't know where to start praising this lovely age care home.it is stunning the gardens , pool area and rooms .the cleanliness and friendly staff was outstanding.the layout of rooms are great the management must have had an excellent architect. We where even able to order food for us and my wife's relative.they had a great menu i like to know where they found the cook so i can get one as talented as there's. It was delicious i been in the philippines for 27 years but it was one of the best.i recommend the hamburger and italian pasta.i can only hope when my days are coming to an end i will be able to get a room there or any other facility this corporation is planning.we had the pleasure to talk to the managing director on the way out. What a delightful young man.he has years of experience in retirement facilities and programs from the European chamber of Commerce. Keep up the good work .and thanks to all the staff for taking such good care of our frail relative.

After having personally visited several nursing homes in Metro Manila, I accidentally came upon Raintree Care Services via a banner ad in Facebook and decided to pay them a visit. I was immediately impressed by the intimate feel of the place and even more impressed when I got to see the rooms and the facilities. The surprises didn't end there. Once I got to meet the team, I was convinced that beyond the top notch facilities that they offer, it is really the people that run it that makes Raintree stand out from the rest. Raintree Care Services, don't have staff. They have "family". As with any major decision, entrusting my partner (who had 4th stage renal cancer) to their care was a difficult decision. However, after just 2 days of being there, it became very clear to me that it was the best decision I've ever made. Marc and the Raintree family, never treated us as clients, nor as patients, and not even as residents. They made us feel as part of their family. And particularly at that stage of our lives, the feeling of belonging, the peaceful assurance that we were cared for - and that feeling of being "HOME" is what makes Raintree very special.
