Our Facility
Nestled in the serene Bahay Doña Rosario Heights Subdivision in Sucat, Muntinlupa, our Bahay Doña Rosario offers a tranquil retreat just minutes away from key locations. We are conveniently located less than a 5-minute drive from the Sucat Exit of the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and only 15 minutes from the bustling business district of Alabang. The facility is easily accessible via the Sucat-SLEX Exit, making it simple to reach from Makati and Alabang.
Spanning 2,400 square meters, our residence consists of five beautifully designed houses surrounded by a lush tropical garden and features a 70-square-meter pool. Originally a spacious family home, the property has been thoughtfully transformed into a residential care facility that adheres to German standards while preserving the warm ambiance of a Filipino home.
We can comfortably accommodate 38 residents and offer them a secure, quiet, peaceful, and cozy home.
Our facility boasts several spacious common areas, perfect for group activities, entertainment programs, and communal dining. Residents can also enjoy relaxing moments in our vibrant tropical garden, providing a peaceful setting for socializing and leisure.
