The rates published below provide an overview of the pricing structure for Bahay Doña Rosario by Raintree Care. Our services are tailored to meet a variety of care needs and are structured into the following primary packages:
Assisted Living Package: Supports residents with basic to moderate care needs, offering help with daily activities and general wellness support.
Memory Care Package**: Designed for residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory-related conditions. Care is personalized and adaptable, with different levels of support to address the unique requirements of each individual.
Skilled Nursing Package**: Provides 24/7 medical support for residents with complex health needs, such as chronic illnesses or disabilities. The level of nursing care is flexible, tailored to the specific medical requirements of each resident.
Rehabilitation Services Package**: For residents recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, this package includes personalized physical, or occupational, therapy plans to help regain independence. Therapy intensity is customized to meet the recovery goals of each individual.
** Each package offers various sublevels to ensure we meet the exact level of support each resident requires. The scope of services within each package is based on the time and assistance needed from our clinical team, ensuring tailored care that adapts to changing needs.
To determine the appropriate care level, we conduct a Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA), which can be facilitated through video conference. This assessment allows us to create an individualized care plan aligned with your needs and preferences.
Your monthly fee will be based on your room type, the selected care package with a customized care plan, and any additional activities.

24/7 air-conditioning
3 Meals and 2 snacks a day

Assistance and nursing care based on the care level
Social activities, morning and afternoon exercises, mental and memory exercises, and afternoon games
Free emergency transport through our partner Lifeline to the nearest hospital in case of emergency.

- Social activities, including daily physical, mental and memory exercises
- Medication management and reminders
- Bi-annual check-up with our Geriatric physician
- Social activities, morning and afternoon exercises, mental and memory exercises, and afternoon games.
*Note: Medical supplies, medications, physical therapies, additional doctor visits, laboratory and diagnostic tests, as well as time-intensive skilled nursing services (such as nebulization, suctioning, etc.) are not included in our package and will be charged separately. Our prices already incorporate a senior citizens’ discount. However, individuals without a valid Filipino Senior Citizens ID will incur an additional 20% charge plus VAT. Kindly be aware that prices are subject to change without prior notice.

The goal of our rehabilitation care is to help stroke survivors become as independent as possible in order to regain the best possible quality of life. Our stroke rehabilitation care facility helps stroke patients relearn the skills they lost. These skills can include:
- coordinating leg movements in order to walk.
- carrying out the steps involved in any complex activity.
- bathing and dressing using only one hand.
- communicating effectively when their ability to use language has been compromised.
