On February 26, 2026, RainTree Care Services & Senior Residences marked an important milestone with the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Blessing of Oasis Aged Care Village, the newest addition to the RainTree Care community in Pasay.
The event brought together partners, supporters, and members of the RainTree Care family to celebrate the opening of a senior living community designed to provide high-quality care in a comfortable, home-like environment.
Leading the ceremony were Marc Daubenbuechel, CEO of RainTree Care, and Cornelia Daubenbuechel, Director of Nursing, together with distinguished guests including Roberto “Bob” Zozobrado, President and CEO of the Philippine Retirement Authority, Department of Tourism Undersecretary Verna Esmeralda C. Buensuceso, and Michael Deakin, President of RainTree and Managing Director of Lifeline 16 911.
The ceremony included a blessing led by Fr. Jose Nori Domino, expressing hopes that Oasis Aged Care Village will be a place where seniors experience dignity, comfort, and a strong sense of community.
Representatives from valued partner institutions were also present, including Asian Hospital and Medical Center, Makati Medical Center, Mercury Drug Corporation, and Lifeline 16 911, highlighting the collaborative support behind the development of the senior residences.
During the event, Usec. Buensuceso spoke about the facility’s strong potential and its alignment with the Department of Tourism’s health and wellness tourism initiatives. Meanwhile, PRA President and CEO Roberto Zozobrado expressed the organization’s support for initiatives like Oasis Aged Care Village, recognizing their role in strengthening the Philippines’ reputation as a welcoming retirement destination for foreign nationals.
